Possibly the tastiest smoothie in the world!
Ingredients:
1 cup low fat milk
1 ripe banana
1 tbsp peanut butter
Optional extras:
1 tsp cocoa
1-2 tbsp LSA and/or 1-2 tbsp rolled oats
How to make:
Combine together all the ingredients in a blender. This is an ideal breakfast, a snack and perfect for kids after school or sports!
