How the webinars work

All our webinars are 1 hour, with a 30-minute presentation delivered by one of our Dietitians/Nutritionists, followed by a 30 minute Q & A.  They are delivered via Zoom or your platform, at a time that works for you.  After the webinar attendees will receive a handout with the top tips from the webinar and our best 10 affordable recipes.
