Give this delicious breakfast bowl a go:
Combine the following ingredients into a bowl and enjoy!
Ingredients: (serves 1)
¼ cup of unsweetened natural yoghurt
½ pear chopped up to 1cm pieces
1 tbsp of rolled oats (uncooked)
2 tbsp of nuts/seeds (walnuts, pumpkin and chia seeds here)
1 tsp of goji berries
A sprinkle of coconut
