I am a New Zealand Registered Dietitian and have been working in the community for several years.  I really enjoy working with people from all walks of life and offer holistic advice to help people be at their best. 

I deliver corporate wellness workshops for Mission Nutrition in Palmerston North and surrounding areas. The workshops I run are both fun and interactive to keep everyone engaged.



I believe good nutrition is an integral part of living a healthy life in combination with exercise, sleep and healthy relationships.  During workshops I provide evidenced based information to clear up confusion that exists around nutrition as well as offering practical solutions to make it easier to live a healthy balanced life in the busy world we live in. 


I am passionate about inspiring and assisting people to make healthier food choices through making small realistic lifestyle changes. I also encourage people to regularly set goals to keep them motivated and moving forward.

As a busy working mum I understand the challenges of achieving a work- life balance. I don't have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen so I am always seeking new ways to prepare quick and healthy meals and experiment with sneaking more vegetables into my toddler.


I am passionate about leading a sustainable lifestyle and reducing food waste where possible. In my spare time I love to keep active in the gym, garden, walking my dog or on the netball court.
