Hello! I'm Emma a NZ Registered Dietitian with over 9 years experience. I run workshops for Mission Nutrition in Auckland and surrounding areas. I love being able to inspire and motivate groups of people to live healthier lives by offering practical, down to earth advice that works! I love nothing more than helping others to better their life through better lifestyle and nutrition choices.  I use an evidence-based approach and tailor information and advice to help my clients meet their goals and/or manage any health conditions.  I also love to help my clients to create a healthier relationship with food and to never feel like they are on a ‘diet’ or can’t enjoy the foods they love!

My clinic is based in Whangaparaoa Community Hub, Shop 8/707 Whangaparaoa Road, Arkles Bay, Whangaparaoa. I see clients on Saturdays face to face as well as by phone or Skype.  Bookings are essential.

I'm a busy mum of three so I'm fully aware of the challenges people face when they are juggling lots of things and have full on lives! Through my own experience of polycystic ovaries and gestational diabetes whilst pregnant I am passionate about diabetes prevention and management. Outside of my work at Mission Nutrition, I also work as a Dietitian in the community helping people manage Type 2 diabetes, which I thoroughly enjoy. 

I love to move my body in ways that feel good, for me this is pilates, yoga and resistance training.  I enjoy keeping up to date with the latest nutrition research and speaking to groups of people in fun and interactive ways to motivate them to make steps towards heatlhier, happier lives.
