I can help with gut health, pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes, weight management, heart disease, blood pressure, irritable bowel syndrome, FODMAPs, IBD (Crohn's & Ulcerative Colitis), bloating, post-surgical nutrition for bowel disorders, Coeliac Disease, intuitive/mindful eating.

My mission is to offer you tools to live a healthy, vibrant life empowered by your food choices. I do this through connecting people to their love of their food and bodies, and providing authentic, honest advice which cuts through all the nutrition ‘noise’ all around us. I believe that health and wellbeing looks different for each individual, and I will work with you to help you feel your best, not only physically but also your mental wellbeing. My personalised nutrition plans are designed to inspire and create ease in healthy, balanced eating.

My clinic is based in Parnell.

I can also work with clients via video call or over the phone.

BSc Human Nutrition, Masters in Dietetics, PhD (Health Sciences)

I am a Registered Dietitian specialising in all things gut health. I love this area of work as we naturally move towards a holistic approach to wellbeing – whatever that looks like for each individual. This also allows me to bring in my love for yoga, as broader aspects of our lifestyle like stress play such an important role in our health and food choices. Outside of my work in this space, I have recently completed my PhD and work at the University of Auckland as a research and teaching fellow.  

I really do love everything about food, and this is how I spend most of my free time – from visiting farmers markets to spending time in the garden, looking through recipe books, and being in the kitchen creating recipes to share with friends. I grew up in Tauranga, and so naturally love being near the ocean or in nature!
