I am a NZ Registered Nutritionist based in Palmerston North. I am passionate about helping people achieve a balanced diet, improve their nutrition knowledge, and develop a healthy relationship with food.
As a mum of 2 children, I know and understand the unique challenges when it comes to nutrition and trying to get the balance right. As a nutritionist with coeliac disease, I want to share my first-hand experience of the day-to-day challenges of living with coeliac disease and use my knowledge to help educate and support others on following a healthy balanced gluten-free diet.
