One of my passions and areas of expertise is sports nutrition. I have a postgraduate diploma in sports nutrition, and a degree in exercise science so I am perfectly placed to help you achieve your goals. I love all sport and have run many marathons myself, so I have an excellent understanding of the reality of juggling training and nutrition around a busy life.
