1. Prior to your first appointment: complete an online questionnaire about your current lifestyle, eating patterns, medical history, and goals.
2. Initial consultation (60 minutes): we take a deep dive into your goals, lifestyle and challenges. Your clinician will listen, understand, and start co-creating a personalised plan.
3. After your session: you’ll receive a tailored nutrition and lifestyle guide - plus helpful resources like healthy meal/snack ideas that fit your routine and are easy to implement.
4. Follow-up consultations (15–45 minutes): provide you with continued support, fine-tune your plan, troubleshoot challenges, and adapt your nutrition as your training, competition schedule, or goals evolve.
