How to make

Remove from pan and allow to cool.
You can fill these delicious healthy 'wraps' with whatever you like but some great combinations are:
shredded, cooked chicken and mashed avocado
ham and cheese
or for an asian twist try cooked prawns, beansprouts and coriander with a dash of sweet chilli sauce
