PEAS?! In a smoothie – heck yes!! This green pea and mint smoothie is… deeeeelicious, and a great way to get an extra serving of veggies while you are enjoying this green goodness.
½ cup frozen green peas
1 banana - ideally frozen then sliced
1 large handful of baby spinach
4-6 mint leaves
1.5 cups milk of your choice
¼ avocado or nut butter (optional)
How to make:
Pop all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. We used the jug on the Kenwood Food Processor for this.
