Lemony overnight oats

This ridiculously easy and super tasty idea is our new breakfast and snack go-to!

 Ingredients: (makes 6-8 servings)

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds

  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds

  • 2/3 cup yoghurt (I used unsweetened)

  • 1.5 cups milk

  • 2 tsp lemon zest

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

    Optional: 1-2 tbsp honey/maple syrup

How to make:

Mix the ingredients together in a bowl/jar and leave for at least 6 hours (or overnight) then enjoy with some extra yoghurt). It makes a great snack too!

You can use any seeds you like (but you definately need the chia seeds).
