Speedy Green Pea Soup

The quickest, easiest soup you will ever make, with only 4 ingredients!



  • 1kg frozen peas
  • 2 large onions, peeled
  • 3 medium potatoes, peeled
  • 4 cups vegetable stock

How to make:

  1. Heat the stock up in a large pan.

  2. Meanwhile, chop the potatoes into 1 cm cubes and add to the stock.

  3. Bring the stock to the boil then add the onions and peas.

  4. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the potatoes are cooked through.

  5. Blend and serve.
