The quickest, easiest soup you will ever make, with only 4 ingredients!
How to make:
Heat the stock up in a large pan.
Meanwhile, chop the potatoes into 1 cm cubes and add to the stock.
Bring the stock to the boil then add the onions and peas.
Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the potatoes are cooked through.
Blend and serve.
