The PEAR-fect breakfast

Give this delicious breakfast bowl a go:

Combine the following ingredients into a bowl and enjoy!

Ingredients: (serves 1)

  • ¼ cup of unsweetened natural yoghurt

  • ½ pear chopped up to 1cm pieces

  • 1 tbsp of rolled oats (uncooked)

  • 2 tbsp of nuts/seeds (walnuts, pumpkin and chia seeds here)

  • 1 tsp of goji berries

  • A sprinkle of coconut
