A super tasty and healthy breakfast or snack that is quick to make!
Ingredients: (serves 1)
1 cup of Orchard Gold’s ‘devour your reds’ smoothie collection frozen fruit (blueberries, strawberries and pineapple) or 1 cup of mixed frozen berries or frozen fruit of your choice.
½ cup milk of your choice
4 tbsp natural yoghurt
Fruit/nuts/seeds/granola for topping
How to make:
Add toppings and serve!
Top tip: If you are using the Triblade stick or similar, allow the frozen fruit to soften slightly before trying to blend and make sure the pieces of fruit are no more than 2cm cubes.
