Peanut and Oat Snack Balls
These peanut and oat snack balls make a great bite-sized, healthy snack between meals. This recipe works well for a snack idea for those requiring a low FODMAP diet.

I am a food lover and have worked in various nutrition roles across private practice, outpatient settings and public health. I love working with people who want to have a better relationship with food and their body.
When I'm not dishing out health advice, you can find me indulging in cooking from one of my many recipe books or exploring Auckland's many cafes, bays and dog parks with my schnoodle and family.
