Avocado Ice-creams

Give these delicious sweet treats – with the goodness of Avocados and much lower in sugar than normal ice cream!

 

Chocolate avocado ice-cream

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 large ripe avocados
  • 2 medium ripe bananas (ideally frozen)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk or milk of your choice
  • Optional: 2 large dates or 1-2 tbsps maple syrup

 

How to make:

1) Blend everything together and freeze into a container or into ice block moulds.

 

 

Avocado and white chocolate ice-cream

This recipe makes a little bit of chocolate go a long way!

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 large ripe avocados
  • 2 medium ripe bananas (ideally frozen)
  • 70g melted white chocolate

 

How to make:

1) Blend everything together and freeze into a container or into ice block moulds.

 

These ice-creams were made in the amazing Kenwood Multipro Excel food processor.
