Chia Seed Pudding

A new fave pudding or breakfast idea?


Serves 2


  • 2 cups of any milk of your choice
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

How to make:

1)  Put milk into a container or large jar (one which has a lid).

2)  Sprinkle the chia seeds over the milk and beat them together with a fork.

3)  Allow to sit for 5 mins then beat together again to remove any lumps which may have formed (repeat this step if needed).

4)  Put a lid on the container/jar and put into the fridge for at least 4 hours (ideally overnight).

5)  Layer the next day with fruit/nuts/seeds of your choice.  Here we used frozen raspberries, coconut, almonds and pumpkin seeds.
