Chocolate Chia Puddings

A 'must try' sweet decadent chocolatey snack


Serves 2 (or 3-4 small serves)


  • 1½ cups almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup cocoa (ideally dutch cocoa)
  • 10 chopped dates soaked for 10mins in 2 tbsps boiling water
  • 1-2 tsp vanilla extract

How to make:

1)  Place the chia seeds, cocoa, dates and vanilla extract into the Kenwood Triblade bowl along with ½ cup of the milk, blend together for 1 minute to break down the dates and some of the chia seeds.

2)  Remove the blade and pour in the remaining cup of milk and stir together with a spoon.

3)  Pour into glasses/cups.

4)  Chill for 4-5 hours or overnight.


Top tip: Top with yoghurt/fruit or just eat as is!
