Got odds and ends of packets of cereal, nuts, seeds and dried fruit hanging around?
How to make:
Melt chocolate, in a microwave or in a bowl over a saucepan of hot water on the stove.
Add all the dry ingredients into the bowl of melted chocolate, stir until coated evenly and spoon into muffin trays.
Put in the fridge until chilled.
Balance out with fruit and a glass of milk for morning tea for extra protein.
