Great greens

This is a fabulous and easy way to get a couple of your daily greens in.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/2 banana (frozen)
  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup of milk of your choice

 

How to make:

Simply blend all together in your blender.  Voila!
