Quick Meal Idea - Turkish-inspired platter

A fun and social lunch or dinner option! Great for picky eaters and different taste buds - change it up to suit anyone and use whatever veg you have available... 

👩‍🍳 1. Cook some home-made or store-bought falafels  

🥒 2. Chop up veggies and toast pita pockets 

🥙 3. Serve everything with a bowl of hummus 

 

OPTIONS 

- Swap the falafels for meatballs or koftas - try this easy Lamb Koftas recipe

- A bowl of edamame beans and/or avocado would also be great 

- Try tzatziki dip as an alternative to hummus 

- Instead of toasted pita, serve with a bowl of rice or quinoa
