Quick Meal Idea - Beef or veggie burgers

Burgers at home, made healthy (and delicious)! Serve classic-style in a wholegrain bun loaded with salad, or deconstructed in a bowl for a lower-carb option. Use veg-based patties for a vegan or plant-based meal. 

👩‍🍳 1. Cook beef or veg patties (homemade or store-bought) 

🥬 2. Load your salad ingredients on to your toasted wholegrain seedy bun or into a bowl 

🍔 3. Serve with a tablespoon of mayo (plant-based if you prefer), chutney or yoghurt dip 



- Try swapping the pattie for an egg, chicken or fish (these home-made Black Bean Burger Patties are great to make ahead)

- Add some sauerkraut or kimchi for good gut health and a flavour bomb 

- Prep the salad ahead so it's super-quick
