Raw Protein Seed Ball Recipe

Ingredients (makes 30 small or 15 large)

  • ½ cup LSA
  • ¾ cup coconut
  • ¼ cup cranberries (chopped finely)
  • ½ cup almonds (sliced and diced) or almond meal
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup peanut butter

 

How to make:

Melt peanut butter and honey, then mix with tahini. 

Combine all ingredients but only use ½ cup of coconut and roll into 30 small balls or 15 large balls with the rest of the coconut.
