Good n Green Smoothie Bowl

The perfect snack to fill a gap, or to try for breakfast!



  • 1 small banana
  • 1 kiwifruit
  • 2 handfuls baby spinach
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp seeds (we used chia seeds but use whatever you have in)


How to make:

Whizz it up...and there you have it!

We used the Blend-Xtract attachment on the Kenwood New Zealand Chef.
