2. Initial consultation (60 minutes): we take a deep dive into your health story - symptoms, lifestyle, goals, and challenges. Your clinician will listen, understand, and start co-creating a personalised plan.
3. After your session: you’ll receive a tailored nutrition and lifestyle guide - plus helpful resources like healthy meal ideas that fit your preferences and are easy to implement.
4. Follow-up consultations (15–45 minutes): provide you with continued support, address challenges, adjust your plan as needed and help you to help stay on track.
